Mouthwash

Just wanted to say that I have been using Tea Tree essential oil in water as a mouth wash and it totally ROCKS!!!

The holidays were very busy for me this year as our whole Christmas was homemade. It was great to play with some oils and make skin care items for gifts. Mostly I used Lavender as my family really loves it. I also made some hard lotion bars with Shea Butter and Coconut oil. These are the favorite, they make dry skin really soft and are awesome on lips. I am going to put them in lip balm containers next time.

What a great day to manifest our new realities! :0) It seems we've all fallen away from the Blogger - yet here I am. I just wanted to share that I started my 90 day core food cleanse, officially yesterday; and, unofficially last Monday. My skin is already looking more vibrant and healthier - and my bloatiness is gone. I was guided to create a unique oil blend last week (my after-shower oil) that included Lemon-Eucalyptus, Frankincense, Blue Lotus Attar, Ravensare, and Cedar Attar. I had asked for the weight to just come off, and that I be able to "feel" the protection around me; and that it support me with my ascension process. Believe it or not, it smells great! I would never have imagined such an unsual mix! I love it!! :0)
